Welcome to Ski Camp International

Ski and Snowboard Camp International is a co-ed three weeks Summer Camp for teenagers ages 12-16.

All level of skiers and snowboarders are invited to join us and train with some of America´s top instructors on the
Austrian Hintertux Glacier.
In addition, our camp includes other activities:
  • Guide Mountain Biking Tour
  • Whitewater Rafting on the Ziller River
  • Guided Hiking Trip
  • Swimming
  • Tandem Paragliding with Guide
  • Spannagel Guided Cave Tour
  • Cultural Activities in the Cities of Innsbruck (Austria), Munich (Germany) and Venice (Italy).
Ski and Snowboard Camp International was created for teens searching for high-energy summer camp activities and a unique traveling experience. Our programs and staff are providing a safe and fun environment that builds character values and friendships that will last a lifetime!

At Ski and Snowboard Camp International the student coach ratio is 8:1 or less. Our smaller group size is setting us apart from other camps and the limited enrollment allows us to emphasize the "family" atmosphere we feel is so important.

The camp offers a fun environment that helps building self-confidence, self-awareness and self-acceptance.
Rick Svencer (Head Coach - PSIA Examiner), C.A. Oprita (Camp Director/Owner) and Joana Weber (Certified Ski Instructor/Owner) are the role models who share common values and are dedicated to children.

We help them participate at the level they are comfortable with while teaching new skills and encouraging further exploration through a carefully managed progression of skill development. This allows campers of all experience levels to participate and enjoy the sports we offer in an always positive way.

At Ski and Snowboard Camp International the entire staff is involved in the supervision of the campers.

Because we are involved in activities from wake up to bedtime, supervision is constant.
Coaches are well experienced in managing the social diversity of the group and gaining cooperation from the campers to facilitate the camp experience. We are not a command-style organization. We feel that the children are here to participate and enjoy themselves and will therefore take upon themselves the responsibility to cooperate with staff and campers, follow the rules, try hard, be punctual, and generally be good people.

Our program is designed to allow them to succeed at this, become more self-sufficient, and raise self esteem.
